Outsight has entered a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the adoption of Spatial AI technologies in aviation and other large transport environments. The agreement will make Outsight’s Spatial Intelligence platform available on AWS Marketplace and align the company’s 3D perception software with AWS cloud and edge services.
Outsight’s platform processes data from 3D LiDAR sensors to analyse movement and occupancy in real time. The partnership is intended to simplify deployment by enabling airports and other operators to run Spatial AI applications using AWS tools for scalability, data management and integration with existing systems.
The combined approach can be used to support operational tasks such as checkpoint monitoring, passenger flow management and airside safety.
Raul Bravo, President and Co-Founder of Outsight, said the collaboration will streamline adoption: “It is now faster for operators to adopt privacy-first Spatial Intelligence with real-time insights at scale.”
Spatial AI systems from Outsight are already in use at airports across several continents, providing data to support queue oversight, vehicle and pedestrian monitoring and resource planning. The AWS partnership is expected to broaden access to these tools by reducing the need for on-premise processing and enabling cloud-aligned deployments.
