Jean-Sébastien Meloche is Chief Architect and Chief Information Security Officer at Searidge Technologies, a provider of digital tower and advanced airport solutions. He leads solution architecture and security governance across Searidge’s product portfolio, with a focus on how AI-enabled capabilities are designed, validated, and safely put into operational use.

His current focus is on the assurance and governance side of AI adoption — establishing the traceability, evidence, and validation standards needed to trust systems whose behaviour is learned from data rather than fully specified in advance. It’s a question airports are increasingly facing as they bring AI into security screening, operations management, and other safety-critical systems: how do you deploy AI with confidence, and prove that confidence to regulators, staff, and the public? He joins the Airport AI Alliance to contribute that perspective, and to learn how peers on the airport and airline side are approaching the same challenge.
