Gerri Sinclair is the Chief Prioritization, Planning and Performance-Optimization Officer at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR).

She joined YVR in April 2024 after serving as B.C.’s Innovation Commissioner. Gerri brings extensive leadership experience in investment capital, digital media, and IT, and has held board roles with organizations like TELUS, BC Telecom, and the Montreal Stock Exchange.

A former English professor and founder of the ExCITE lab at SFU, she also founded NCompass Labs Inc., acquired by Microsoft in 2001. Gerri holds a Ph.D. in Renaissance Drama and has received multiple awards recognizing her influence in tech and innovation.
