John is a Partner in IBM Consultings Global Travel and Transportation Center of Competency with a focus on Enterprise Strategy. He has over 15 years’ experience driving enterprise value and industry profits within the travel and transportation space. Working with North American and global airlines, airports and travel services companies, he has helped companies transform business models, leverage new technologies, and create value.
He has led a broad range of projects across:

- M&A and joint ventures
Currently, he is focused on helping clients with AI Strategy & Value, identify the key use cases to drive value (including user adoption) as well as how to structure well-governed and cost-efficent AI usage.
Prior to joining IBM, John worked for almost 10 years at L.E.K. Consulting leading strategic projects for clients. He also has experience in the loyalty program at American Airlines and transforming sales processes at a quote-to-cash start-up (now owned by Oracle)
