Manik Jain is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group, based in Dallas, specializing in large-scale digital, AI, and technology-driven business transformation. His expertise includes designing digital operating models at scale, modernizing core platforms and architecture, and building data and AI capabilities that create durable business value. Manik serves clients across the public sector, transportation and infrastructure, distribution of consumer and industrial goods, and large field-service operations.

Manik started his career in the aviation industry, where he worked at Delta Air Lines on process re-engineering for airport operations.
